ADVENTURE IN THAILAND (13 DAYS / 12 NIGHTS)
Description
Day 1: Arrival in Bangkok
Upon arrival at Suvarnabhumi Airport, meet your local guide and transfer to your hotel.
Because your flight arrives in the evening, this will be a relaxing, easy night after a long journey into Asia.

Day 2: Bangkok → Kanchanaburi – River Kwai & War Museum
Depart Bangkok for Kanchanaburi (approx. 3 hours). Today’s visits include:
- River Kwai Cemetery – resting place of Allied POWs from WWII
- Death War Museum
- Bridge over the River Kwai
- Scenic train ride along the Death Railway, including the famous wooden bridge built by WWII POWs

After the train ride, enjoy lunch before checking in to the hotel.

Day 3: Erawan Waterfall & National Park Trekking
After breakfast, visit the beautiful Erawan Waterfall, famous for its emerald tiers and refreshing pools. You may swim or soak your feet before beginning a memorable trek inside Erawan National Park (approx. 4–5 hours, moderate–difficult).
Expect lush rainforest, diverse plants, insects, and possible wildlife sightings.
Make sure to bring water, mosquito repellent, and sunscreen.
Return to the hotel around 16:00.

Day 4: Elephant Bathing & Bamboo Rafting
Depart at 08:00–08:30 for an ethical elephant experience:
- Play with elephants
- Bathe them
- Feed them
(No riding and no hooks.)
Continue to Sai Yok Noi River for bamboo rafting (approx. 2–3 hours)—a relaxing ride with opportunities to swim, chill, and enjoy nature.
Return to the hotel in the afternoon.

- Activities: Elephant Bathing, Bamboo Rafting
- Meals: Breakfast, Lunch
Day 5: Safari Zoo
Depart after breakfast for the Safari Zoo (approx. 2 hours). Enjoy a relaxed day observing a wide range of animals, with opportunities to interact with some species.
Return to the hotel in the late afternoon and prepare for the next day’s long journey to Koh Chang.

Day 6: Kanchanaburi → Koh Chang
Depart early by private air-conditioned bus for the long drive to Koh Chang (approx. 7 hours). Stops will be made for restroom breaks, snacks, and lunch.
Expect to arrive between 16:00–17:00 depending on traffic.

Day 7: Free Day in Koh Chang
A relaxing day to enjoy swimming, sunbathing, walking on the beach, or simply unwinding at your own pace.

Day 8: Full-Day Snorkeling, Swimming & Fishing
Koh Chang is known for its lush landscapes, clear waters, and white beaches.
Today, board a speedboat for:

- Snorkeling among coral reefs
- Swimming in crystal-clear waters
- Fishing
- Beach time
- A picnic lunch
Return before sunset.

Day 9: Khiri Phet Waterfall Day Trip
After breakfast, take a minivan (approx. 30 minutes) to Khiri Phet Waterfall, located in a peaceful rainforest setting. Enjoy the natural pools, scenic views, and nearby trails.
Bring water and proper footwear.

Day 10: Koh Chang → Bangkok
After breakfast, transfer by boat to the mainland and continue the drive back to Bangkok (approx. 6–7 hours).
Day 11: Bangkok City Exploration
Bangkok—Krung Thep Maha Nakhon—is the vibrant capital of Thailand. Today’s highlights include:
- Wat Pho (Reclining Buddha) – One of the oldest temples in Bangkok, dating back before the city became the capital
- Wat Arun (Temple of Dawn) – One of the world’s iconic riverside temples, originating from the Ayutthaya Kingdom (1351–1767)
- Chinatown – A lively district with famous street food; enjoy a “Foodies Tour”

Day 12: Train Market & Floating Market + Dinner Cruise
Depart for:
Mae Klong Railway Market
A unique fresh market set directly on the train tracks. Vendors pull back their awnings each time the train passes—an unforgettable experience.
Damnoen Saduak Floating Market
Take a long-tail boat to the main market area. Enjoy 1.5 hours to explore on foot or join a paddle boat.
Return to Bangkok in the late afternoon (traffic dependent).
Evening: Chao Phraya River Dinner Cruise (19:00–22:00)
Enjoy dinner on the river before returning to the hotel.

Day 13: Bangkok – Departure
