Take a Private Tour of Bangkok temples and markets for a unique look at Thai culture and lifestyles. I work with you to craft a full-day itinerary to the city’s top attractions, such as the Grand Palace and Wat Pho and Wat Arun. Explore distinct neighborhoods, markets, everyday Bangkok life, and key sights all in one day.

As we go i can recommend the best spots to eat for western meals, traditional Thai or snack street food, learn about the city’s history, and visit tucked-away places that most tourists would miss if they did a group package.

We visit the Grand Palace and Temple of the Emerald Buddha (Wat Phra Kaew) at optimal times to avoid crowds.

Wat Arun (Temple of Dawn). Walk up Wat Arun’s iconic prang (Khmer-style tower) and see the beautiful inlay decorations from up close.

Weaved into the day is Canal Tour trip just across the Chao Phraya River an area called Thonburi. Thonburi is the peaceful, calm and cool side of the river. The traditional Thai way of living on the canal still exists here and you can still see the floating vendors, monitor lizards and homes as you cruise through the canal, making your way to the various sites.

Next on to Wat Pho (Temple of the Reclining Buddha), Wat Pho is also Thailand’s oldest temple and the birthplace of traditional Thai massage.

Finally, we have a choice between to great afternoon experiences. Alms bowls are still made by hand for Buddhist monks.
Ban Bat, or Monk’s Bowl Village, is a community of craftsmen still hand making alms bowls. learn how they are assembled strips of metal that represent Buddha’s Eightfold Path. fired, hammered into a curve, and soldered together.

The Wat Saket (The Golden Mountain) is a great spot to take in the views on the way back to your hotel. A true hidden gem, this man-made mountain 77 meters high, Surrounded by lush greenery.
